Arm

Arm is a tech company with big hopes for the future. Our aim was to capture current colleagues' views on that future. We decided to capture those views through data visualisation at one of Arm's yearly events. This data visualisation acted as a tool to help Arm assess their own culture and the perception people have of the company. It also guided colleagues and pointed them towards reviewing their experiences through Glassdoor.
